LONDON LUNCHTIMERS
CHARITY
We are very proud to have supported many different charities.
Listed below are some of those who have benefited from our patronage, usually as
a direct result of them coming to address a meeting! Click on their logo to

Jenny Baker OBE (CEO of Brain
Tumour UK) came along to
talk to us, mainly as a response
to the illness of an Lunchtimer - WBro
Frank Stuart-Brown, who sadly
died a few years ago from a
tumour. The charity's new name
came about after the merger of
three or so charities working
towards the same end. We are
hoping they will return soon to
give us an update on their
progress. |

Lifelites supplies
specialist assistive technology
packages to children & young
people suffering from
life-limiting, life-threatening
& disabling conditions in
hospices; and we
enthusiastically welcomed their
CEO - Simone Enefer-Doy - during
WBro David Ferdinando's year as
LLs Chairman. We host them again
in May 2019, when Sam Davies
(Head of Fundraising & PR)
returns to bring us up to date. |

Transplant
Sport UK is a charity that
actively supports Organ
Donation. One of their Trustees,
Elizabeth Hosford - herself a
donor, gave us all an insight
into donors and recipients. They
support many different sporting
activities, all of which have a
requirement that to take part
you must have been personally
involved in a transplant. |
